The Large SMART Round Stainless Steel Chafing Dish with Stainless Steel Lid not only looks great, but because of its unique design is cost effective. This model includes a removable base, an electric heating element, a detachable spoon holder and a fuel cup holder. This unit can be flush mounted utilizing induction heat, or our magnetic electric heater, or canned fuel. The clad bottom distributes heat evenly minimizing hot spots that cause food to stick and burn. The self-closing lid has adjustable patented hinges that will prevent food from getting cold. In addition, the lid can be removed with one hand for easy cleaning. The lid also has air vents that reduce condensation build up that could drip on the food. This condensation is captured by the water recycling system which allows less refilling of the water pan, decreasing labor costs. The handle keeps cool preventing burns.
