The 2/3 Oblong Food Pan is made of porcelain and it has a capacity of 5.3 qt/5.0 ltr. This food pan will fit our square chafing dishes or our oblong chafing dishes. The food pan can be paired with a 1/3 food pan in our oblong chafing dishes to allow for displaying two different food dishes together, but separately.
